Collection: Rain Shower Heads

Find the Right Rain Shower Head for Your Bathroom

A rain shower head provides broad, even water coverage that feels comfortable and refreshing. Mounted above you, it creates a steady downward flow that is quite different from the more direct spray of a standard shower head. Our collection includes round and square styles in a choice of sizes, and finishes, making it easier to match your shower to the lines and proportions of the room.

The finish also plays a big part in how your new rain shower looks once installed. Chrome is a versatile option that works across most bathroom styles, while black, nickel and brass can tie in with your tapware, handles and accessories. The Bathroom People stocks designs suited to both compact showers and larger walk-in spaces, so you can choose an overhead rain shower that feels well balanced rather than oversized. Before ordering, it is worth checking your water pressure, ceiling height and existing plumbing connection. Our team can help you compare rainhead sizes, mounting options and finishes, giving you a clearer idea of what will work properly in your bathroom.

A complete rain shower set gives you more flexibility than a fixed shower head on its own. Many sets combine an overhead rainhead with a separate handheld shower, allowing you to switch between full-body coverage and a more focused spray. This can be useful for rinsing hair, washing children, cleaning the shower or helping someone with limited mobility. A well-chosen rain shower system brings these functions together in one tidy, coordinated design.

At The Bathroom People, our rain showers are selected for long term performance, comfortable water flow and finishes that suit real New Zealand homes. Most options can work with existing plumbing, as part of a new build, or a complete bathroom renovation. Checking these details early can save time and prevent changes during installation. You can browse the range online and arrange delivery throughout NZ, or visit one of our Auckland Showrooms to compare the size, shape and feel of each model. If you are unsure which rain shower head suits your setup, talk to our team. We know what to look for and can help you choose a system that works as good as it looks.
