We are opening new stores and looking for the right people to run them as owner-operators. We provide training, support and a clear 12-month pathway to store ownership.
Start by learning the business in a fully supported showroom, with no franchise fee payable during the pilot period.
What we do
The Bathroom People are a boutique retail store selling bathroom, laundry and kitchen fittings. We also design and renovate bathrooms, providing an end-to-end service for our customers and a high-margin option for our store operators.
Most customers meet us through the showroom, then trust us with the project.

The opportunity
Potential owner-operators using our pathway programme step into a brand-new showroom and are provided with proper training and support, not simply a manual and good luck.
We provide a set monthly draw while you train and learn to drive the business. From month four, the store operates on a profit-and-royalty model. At month twelve, you can decide whether to convert to a full franchise.

First 3 months
A $3,000 monthly draw while you learn the trade, the systems and build your local renovation pipeline.
No store overheads, royalty or Taurus subscription during the pilot.
Months 4-12
Profits and royalties begin. Store revenue covers overheads and operating costs, and remaining profit belongs to you. A 7% royalty on store revenue is payable to The Bathroom People.
Sell more, earn more, while recognising the risks of variable income.
Month 12
Convert, if it's right. If you choose to buy into the franchise, the full $210,000 investment is payable at month twelve, subject to the formal agreement and disclosure documents.
