Urgent Orders

Please callusand we will help you get the item(s) as quickly as possible.

International Orders

We deliver New Zealand wide.  If you need something sent to Australia, give us a call.

How will I know when items will be delivered? 

The way you are informed depends on whether your items come straight from the supplier or not.

How you are informed about items direct from supplier depends on the supplier.

Items we send out, you will receive a Tracking Email you can use to follow and manage deliveries.

I have a question about deliveries 

Please feel free to call us.   We want to make things as easy as easy as we can.

How soon will my items arrive?

The timeframes below are a guide only.  We aim to get items to you faster than that if we can. 

  • Small items: delivery is estimated to occur within 3-5 working days from the date your order is received and payment processed.  
  • Larger items: delivery will be scheduled to occur within 5-7 working days. 

NOTE: Timeframes are a guideline only.  Call us if you need help. 

TIP: we suggest that you don’t book tradespeople until you receive the items. 

Sale Items: things can get busy, so items might take a little longer. Again, if you are concerned, give us a call.  

Order daily cutoff time 

Monday to Thursday:orders placed before 1:00 pm are usually sent out the next day.

Friday:we aim to process them on Saturday morning sothey’reready to go on Monday.

Weekend:orders are processed on Monday for Tuesday dispatch, unless we need to order stock from a supplier. For Friday orders, we aim to process them on Saturday morning sothey’reready to go on Monday. (Alltimeframesdepend on product and courier availability.)

Multi Item Orders

If you have ordered more than one item, you can choose have them delivered separately as they before ready for dispatch.

IMPORTANT: There may be an additional cost as there are multiple deliveries.

We aim to keep costs down.  The delivery cost depends on.

  • How many items.
  • Size of items 
  • Delivery Address 
  • Whether items are delivered separately

What do I need to do when I receive a delivery

Please check all items within 48 hours of receiving your delivery and let us know by email if anything arrives damaged or faulty. Thistimeframeis usually what our carriers allow for reporting issues. If you can, include any photos and details when you contact us — it helps us pass the information on to our carrier and get things sorted quickly.

Do I need to sign for orders?

By default orders must be signed for.  If you have been given a Tracking Number it may be possible to arrange delivery without a signature.

How do I change the delivery address?

Please call us. NOTE: We need to verify it is you so we will ask some verification questions. Have your Order Number ready.

The item(s) I received were damaged or faulty

Please take a moment to check all items within 48 hours of receiving your delivery and let us know by email if anything is damaged or not quite right. This timeframe is what our carriers generally allow for reporting issues.  

Including photos where relevant with full details will be a great help,  making  it much easier for us to pass everything on to the carrier and get things sorted quickly.
