Heidi has been designing bathrooms since 2009 and is also an original founder of The Bathroom People. With a strong eye for design and functionality, Heidi works closely with clients to create bathrooms that are both practical and tailored to suit their lifestyle.
Known for her great listening skills and personalised approach, Heidi understands that no two clients, homes, or bathrooms are ever the same. She has strong product knowledge across the bathroom industry, allowing her to source and specify the right solutions for each project. This is particularly important for renovation projects, where existing space, proportions, and architectural constraints often guide and shape the design.
Heidi enjoys working closely with each client to understand their unique needs, style, and budget, working sympathetically with the existing home to ensure the final result feels “just right.” Her experience, creativity, and attention to detail help turn ideas into spaces that are considered, functional, and truly individual.

Often described as the “MacGyver” of the team, there are not too many bathroom challenges he hasn’t seen – and managed to find a practical solution for.
